Si - comme nous l'indiquions précédemment (voir Accoucher d'un nouveau monde...1) la France pourrait être le poste avancé du changement, les USA sont depuis pas mal d'années dans un processus de refondement. Of course, the US is presently in turmoil, deep disarray. I find that whatever the election results, with deep antagonisms prevailing, some elements of truth lie elsewhere, at a higher level. (see 7/11/2016 post in blogdelastrologue.blogspot.com/2016/11/us-tribulations-are-only-continuing.html)
Quelques jalons/a few landmarks :
Lors de l'élection de 1981 qui mena R. Reagan au pouvoir, Saturne transitait le Saturne natal des USA en Balance, initiant un cycle de 30 ans, coïncidant pratiquement avec - en Balance toujours - le nouveau cycle Saturne-Pluton (voir blog précédent Saturne-Pluton ou ... la tentation totalitaire) qui vient de se reformer, en Capricorne cette fois, fin 2019 et en mars 2020 avec force et illusion (sextile Neptune) .
Remember 1981, with the election of Ronald Reagan, Saturn hit the Libran Saturn of the USA, sort of remembering that after the laxism/idealism (?) of the Carter years, a good looking actor with a psycho-rigid chemist "There is no other way" set the tone of an era. It almost coincided with the new Saturn-Pluto cycle - in Libra- lasting until recently when a new one in Capricorn started - mightily and deceptively (it was sextiling Neptune) - late 2019 and March 2020. 2001 Pluton transite - exactement - l'Ascendant des USA à 12 degrés Sagittaire - le 11 septembre, en opposition à Saturne ( à son mi-cycle) opposant de surcroît l'Uranus natal de ce pays, en un cocktail d'effondrement et d'explosion, imprimant aussi très lourdement la marque de fabrique américaine sur le monde (Saturne sur Uranus m. 6 et 7). En transitant de la maison 12 du collectif, de son inconscient et de sa grande inconscience, à la maison 1, du "je". L'Ascendant et son degré signent toute naissance, réelle ou symbolique il met en mouvement ce processus de Renaissance, précédé d'effondrements, ici de 25 ans au moins.
Après cet événement, les Américains n'ont pas voulu voir leur responsabilité dans ce qui était arrivé. Ils laissèrent leur gouvernement leur mentir, torturer des innocents, ils laissèrent les marchés financiers ruiner les idées de démocratie et de liberté aux racines de leur nation. A. Harvey

The "I", setting in motion the beginning of a Renaissance - a new birth personally and symbolically, exact meaning of the Ascendant. This process is taking at least 25 painful years.

C'est le slogan commode du "too big to fail". Avec "La loi du plus fort" prévalant sur la justice, la fraude, l'horreur économique, la corruption systémique et systématique, l'inégalité inscrite au coeur même du système, c'est la mise en question des "valeurs" occidentales dont ce pays se veut le héraut.

C'est un signe. le nouveau monde ne sera plus blanc, anglo-saxon si tant est qu'il ne le fut jamais. Avec Pluton, c'est sans retour possible.
2014 : Pluto opposing the US Cancer Sun marks a tipping point : half of the 20 mio children under 5 years of age living on US territory come from minorities. A clear sign of the emerging new world. It won't be WASP insofar as it ever was... With Pluto there is a before, there is an after, but no turning the clock back.
2023 (exact en 2023 mais en orbe de 2020 à 2026 au moins !). Pluton retourne pour la 1ère fois à sa position natale, à 27.33 deg Capricorne. Premier retour de Pluton depuis la date de fondation des USA le 4 juillet 1776 (voir thème) C'est dire l'enjeu. Pluton étant la planète la plus puissante dans sa petite taille et représentant la plus grande force de transformation. Qu'y aura-t-il à célébrer lors de cette nouvelle naissance ? Sans doute à rendre hommage aux père fondateurs et à leurs brillantes - toujours d'actualité - idées mais fondées sur les réalités de l'époque : expropriation des populations natives, oppression, esclavage et exploitation. Corriger les erreurs/horreurs, honorer le vrai. Un formidable élan libertaire. La Constitution est sans doute un modèle du genre mais comme un peu partout, elle est bafouée. La démocratie dans le monde est un mot, une idée. Est-elle toujours un idéal ?
